My work isn’t about scaling for scale’s sake. It’s about reallocating equity, starting with peer-to-peer resources and social capital. I’ve built my life on that principle. Now, I help others do the same.

Tailored by Sasha is a vehicle for reengineering group economics and seeding Black-owned enterprise. I don’t believe success should come at the cost of your identity or values. I believe it should be rooted in them.

I’ve navigated the system, built outside of them, and carved space for others to do the same. That lived experience now fuels everything I offer: clear strategy, anti-performative leadership, and eye-level advisory for people who move differently. Now, I’m inviting you to build alongside me.
