My work isn’t about scaling for scale’s sake. It’s about reallocating equity, starting with peer-to-peer resources and social capital. I’ve built my life on that principle. Now, I help others do the same.
Tailored by Sasha is a vehicle for reengineering group economics and seeding Black-owned enterprise. I don’t believe success should come at the cost of your identity or values. I believe it should be rooted in them.
I’ve navigated the system, built outside of them, and carved space for others to do the same. That lived experience now fuels everything I offer: clear strategy, anti-performative leadership, and eye-level advisory for people who move differently. Now, I’m inviting you to build alongside me.

I didn’t grow up with a silver spoon. I grew up with a “figure it out” mindset and a front-row seat to survival vs living. Raised in the working-class of an inner city, I saw the city split in two: those with access and those forced to knock, sometimes until their knuckles bled, just for a seat at a table not set for them. And the more I observed, the clearer the contradiction became. Access wasn’t just about wealth; it was about lineage, elite institutions, and the unspoken rules of exclusivity. It wasn’t just about what you could afford, it was about who decided if you belonged. Turns out, living wasn't a birthright, it required permission granted by gatekeepers who never had someone like me in mind.
Here's the thing about that — I don't ask for permission.
Social capital isn’t a myth or a luxury, it’s power. When harnessed correctly, it’s the key to rewriting the rules. So, I made it my mission to shift the narrative from passive participation to active ownership. I became a curator of a life lived by design, blending my passions with the precision of a master vintner. And through Tailored by Sasha, I’ve distilled my experiences into something far more than just palatable—it’s transformative. My work isn’t about indulgence for indulgence’s sake. It’s about intention. It’s about reclaiming access and creating spaces where we don’t just exist, we own it! We are more than consumers, we are the architects of our own sustainable prosperity.
