Sasha’s Signature Service Suite (“SIV”) provides independent strategic advisory, structuring, and commercial development services across multi-sector economic development and investment environments, including hospitality, international trade, and cross-border opportunity design.
All services are consultative in nature and delivered at the early-stage, pre-operational, and decision-structuring phase. SIV does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, real estate, or other regulated professional services, and does not act as a broker, intermediary, agent, or fiduciary in any transaction.
Nothing within any engagement, communication, or material provided by SIV shall be construed as advice requiring licensure or regulatory oversight. Services are designed to operate strictly upstream of regulated activities across applicable jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States, the European Union, and France. Clients are solely responsible for obtaining advice from appropriately licensed professionals within their relevant jurisdiction.
Engagement with SIV does not create any attorney-client, financial advisor-client, fiduciary, agency, or other protected or regulated relationship. Communications are not privileged and do not establish any duty of care beyond the express scope of the engagement.
SIV does not guarantee outcomes, results, or performance of any kind, including but not limited to financial returns, deal execution, regulatory approval, partnership formation, or market success. All outcomes are inherently uncertain and depend on factors outside the control of SIV, including client decisions, third-party actions, market conditions, and legal or regulatory developments.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SIV disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or reliance upon, its services, communications, or materials. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, business interruption, or reputational harm.
